Is everything on Hamama halal?
Hamama lists Arab, halal and Muslim-community grocery stores. A store shows the Halal badge only after it confirms its meat is halal. Each product names the store it comes from, so you always know who you are buying from.
Can I get halal meat delivered in Houston?
Yes. Hamama delivers halal and zabiha meat from Houston butchers and halal markets that confirm it, together with the rest of your groceries, the same day or by express in 60 to 90 minutes.
How is Hamama different from ordering halal meat boxes online?
Online meat boxes ship from one warehouse and take days. Hamama brings your order from the halal market or butcher near you, the same day, with bread, produce and pantry staples in the same delivery.
Where does Hamama deliver?
We are launching in Greater Houston. Join the waitlist with your ZIP code and we will tell you as soon as delivery reaches your area.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $5.99 plus a $1.99 service fee. Hamama Plus members pay $9.99 a month and get free delivery on every order over $35. Express delivery in 60 to 90 minutes is $8.99 for members and $12.99 for everyone else.
Do you deliver the same day?
Yes. Order by 10 AM for delivery between 12 and 3 PM, or by 2 PM for delivery between 5 and 8 PM, the same day. Orders after 2 PM arrive the next day, or choose express for delivery in 60 to 90 minutes.
